On the night between Saturday and Sunday, March 30, 2025, the clocks will move 60 minutes ahead, officially marking the return of daylight saving time. At 02:00 AM on Sunday, the clocks will be moved forward by one hour to 03:00.

Now, we can enjoy one more hour of daylight, but we lose sixty minutes of sleep, which we may feel in the first few days. Computers and internet-connected devices will update automatically, while manual correction is required for analog clocks.

Daylight saving time will remain in effect until the last weekend of October, when the clocks will be changed again by 60 minutes.

The time change brings some discomfort for some, and as every year, experts offer a few tips similar to those used to cope with minor issues related to the seasonal change.

Don’t worry too much about some small health issues. Mild headaches, drowsiness, lack of concentration, and a bit of nervousness should not concern you: these are minor annoyances that disappear within a few days.
