Microsoft’s online services have been hit by yet another problem, just days after an incident threw critical services around the globe into chaos.

The company announced that it is investigating several cases reported by users who have complained that they cannot access its services. Some have even reported that they are unable to access their emails.

The incident comes less than two weeks after a major global IT outage hit global infrastructure, including transportation and healthcare services that went offline due to a botched software update by cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike. that affected Microsoft devices.

“Customers may experience delays when connecting to Azure services. We have multiple engineering teams engaged to diagnose and resolve the issue. More details will be provided as soon as possible,” the company announced.
