The Central Election Commission (CEC) has announced the start of the period for changing voting centers within municipalities for the early elections to the Assembly of Kosovo, scheduled for December 28, 2025.
During this 11-day period, from November 26 to December 6, 2025, eligible voters can check their assigned voting center and, if they wish, change it within their municipality to a location closer to their residence.
Voters can make changes in two ways:
- Through the CEC electronic platform: https://qv.kqz-ks.org
- By submitting a request at the Municipal Election Commission in the municipality where they are registered as voters.
The CEC clarifies that changing a voting center from one municipality to another is not possible directly through the Commission, as it requires an official change of residence declared by the voter.
Through the CEC, voters can only change their voting center within their own municipality. To switch to a voting center in a different municipality, voters must update their official residence in the Civil Status Office or through the E-Kosova platform.
All changes made during the period of November 26 – December 6, 2025, will be reflected on the CEC electronic platform after the period ends: https://qv.kqz-ks.org.
