“Defender Europe 25”: KSF Operates in Albania, Croatia, and North Macedonia

The Kosovo Security Force (KSF) is actively participating in the multinational military exercise “Defender Europe 25”, operating alongside partner states in various regions of the Balkans, including Albania, Croatia, and North Macedonia.

According to KSF, the Combat Engineer Platoon is deployed in Croatia, where it has joined the Mechanized Brigade of the Croatian Armed Forces, along with intelligence elements.

“In Croatia, the Combat Engineer Platoon has joined the Mechanized Brigade of the Croatian Armed Forces, including intelligence elements. In Albania, KSF is operating with infantry combat capabilities alongside partner nations, while in North Macedonia, the Mortar Platoon and Military Police are deployed,” the KSF said in a statement posted on Facebook.

KSF emphasized that Kosovo’s contingents are conducting mobility operations that showcase their professional readiness and commitment to fulfilling their mission.

“The KSF contingents are carrying out mobility operations that demonstrate a high level of professionalism and dedication to accomplishing the duties and mission of the Kosovo Security Force.”

Furthermore, through this exercise, the KSF is testing its capabilities and deepening cooperation with international partners, underscoring its commitment to NATO standards and the preservation of peace.
