The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Kosovo has announced that 63,997 applications have been submitted by citizens living abroad to register for voting in the upcoming early parliamentary elections on December 28, 2025, according to KosovaPress.
In a statement to the media, the CEC reminded Kosovo’s diaspora that only one day remains to submit applications to vote from outside the country.
“Do not miss your chance to make your voice heard,” the CEC emphasized in a Facebook post.
Kosovar citizens abroad can apply online at https://diaspora.kqz-ks.org/sq/ or via postal mail to the CEC’s mailbox. Additional information about registration is available at https://kqz-ks.org/regjistrimi-per-votim-jashte-kosoves/.
The increase in applications reflects a growing interest among the diaspora to participate in Kosovo’s parliamentary elections, highlighting the importance of their role in shaping the country’s political landscape.
