A high-level conference on the Kosovo–Serbia dialogue has been held at the premises of the Ditchley Foundation in Oxfordshire, England, bringing together diplomats, experts and policy leaders to discuss future approaches to the ongoing normalization process.
The event was confirmed by Rene Troccaz, the French Government’s Special Envoy for the Western Balkans, who announced his participation in a message on X.
“I am grateful and pleased to have taken part in the Serbia–Kosovo dialogue conference organized by the Ditchley Foundation. Fascinating discussions in an inspiring environment,” Troccaz wrote.
The Ditchley Foundation, known for convening influential political figures, scholars and young leaders, focuses on addressing complex global issues—from geopolitics and democratic governance to technological change and climate challenges. The foundation aims to build consensus for peace, freedom and international order through open and respectful dialogue.
This conference comes at a time when the Kosovo–Serbia process faces renewed scrutiny, with international actors seeking more effective frameworks to overcome persistent obstacles and revive stalled negotiations.
