Kosovo’s boxing star Donjeta Sadiku has claimed the gold medal at the prestigious World Boxing “Feliks Stamm” Cup held in Warsaw, Poland. The Kosovo Olympic Committee (KOK) announced that Sadiku triumphed in the 60 kg final, defeating Elisse Glynn of Great Britain with a decisive 5:0 score.
This victory marks a total of three wins in the tournament for Sadiku, solidifying her dominance in her weight category. The KOK emphasized that the competition also contributes crucial ranking points in the global standings—a step closer for Sadiku toward future international qualifications.
“Congratulations to Donjeta, her team, and the Kosovo Boxing Federation (FBOXK),” said the KOK in their official statement.
According to the Kosovo Boxing Federation, this is Sadiku’s third gold medal of the year, reflecting her consistent excellence and determination on the international stage.
