The Gjilan-based club, Drita, will host Luxembourg’s Differdange in the first leg of the “play-off” stage for qualification in the UEFA Europa Conference League.
The match takes place tonight at the “Fadil Vokrri” Stadium in Prishtina, kicking off at 20:00.
Led by coach Zekirija Ramadani, Drita has already showcased its strength in tough encounters against Copenhagen and FCSB. However, a lack of fortune prevented the club from advancing to the prestigious European competitions such as the Champions League and Europa League.
Nevertheless, the “Intellectuals” now have a golden opportunity to make history by reaching the Conference League group stage for the very first time, as they face a well-known opponent in Differdange.
