A massive drone attack overnight on August 9-10 targeted an oil refinery in the city of Saratov, Russia, causing a powerful explosion followed by a large-scale fire at the refinery.
Local residents confirmed via videos and photos on social media that they heard drone sounds and air defense activations, witnessing large flames engulfing the refinery.
Reports of explosions and air defense activity also came from the Lipetsk and Voronezh regions.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, 121 Ukrainian drones were destroyed or intercepted by defensive systems across 15 different regions of Russia.
