The Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) has rejected as unfounded the complaint filed by the Serb List against Vetëvendosje Movement for alleged violations of the Code of Conduct during the election campaign.
The Serb List argued before ECAP that Vetëvendosje had filed an unfounded complaint against them, claiming that LVV presented no facts but mere fabrications.
According to the Serb List, Vetëvendosje had abused its right to file complaints. However, ECAP ruled the complaint of the Serb List as baseless.
