Citizens will soon have access to a virtual assistant for the government application e-Albania. Prime Minister Edi Rama introduced the digital assistant, a woman dressed in traditional patterns from the Zadrima region, named Diella. The assistant was created through the Artificial Intelligence incubator of the Agency for the Information Society (AKSHI).
In a video posted on Facebook, the latest features of e-Albania were showcased, where Diella will assist citizens during their interactions with the platform and also perform services for them.
