The First Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo for European Integration, Development, and Dialogue, Besnik Bislimi, met today with Anu Prattipati, the Chargé d’Affaires at the U.S. Embassy in Kosovo.
According to a statement from the Office of the Prime Minister (ZKM), the meeting focused on strengthening the partnership between Kosovo and the United States and deepening bilateral relations.
“The discussion also touched upon the upcoming elections, the campaign that has just begun, and expectations for February 9. Regional cooperation, neighborly relations, and the dialogue process for normalizing relations with Serbia were also addressed,” the statement read.
Bislimi expressed gratitude to Prattipati for the productive discussion and ongoing cooperation, emphasizing Kosovo’s appreciation for the unwavering support of the United States.
This meeting underscores the strategic importance of U.S.-Kosovo relations as the country navigates critical regional and domestic developments.
