Chairwoman of the Albanian Parliament, Elisa Spiropali, congratulated Dimal Basha on his election as Speaker of the Kosovo Assembly, wishing him success in his new role.
Spiropali praised the Kosovo Assembly’s step toward building new democratic institutions following the elections.
“Congratulations and success to the newly elected Speaker of the Kosovo Assembly, Dimal Basha! Congratulations to the Kosovo Assembly for opening the way to build new democratic institutions after the elections. I look forward to resuming close, fraternal cooperation between the Albanian Parliament and the Kosovo Assembly, for the benefit of our citizens, supporting Euro-Atlantic integration of both countries, and guaranteeing the protection of Albanian rights in the region,” Spiropali wrote.
