Brothers Bashkim and Xhemajli Emini have been released from unjust detention in Serbia. They are in good health and are returning to Germany to be with their family.
The news was confirmed by the family’s nephew, Ervin Hoxha.
A week ago, they were arrested at the Serbia–Hungary border, based on unfounded claims by Serbian authorities that Xh.E. and B.E. had kidnapped a Serbian individual in 1999.
