Albanian candidate for the Kllokot municipality, Arbër Emini, has alleged that the two independent Serbian candidates, Srećko Spasić (SNS) and Božidar Dejanović (Serbian List), are acting under the guidance of Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić and Milan Radoičić.

Emini claims that both candidates reportedly met with their leaders in Raška, and he promises to present evidence of their links to the Serbian Intelligence Agency (BIA) and Radoičić, who was also reportedly responsible for the terrorist attack in Banjskë, Zveçan, on September 24, 2023, which resulted in the death of Kosovo Police officer Afrim Bunjaku.

In his statement, Emini wrote:

“Kosova is the heart that beats in every Albanian, wherever they are. Do not be deceived by the names of these two Serbian candidates.”

According to Emini:

  • Strecko Spasić – SNS of Vučić in Kllokot; reportedly met Radoičić in Raška.
  • Božidar Dejanović – Serbian List of Radoičić in Kllokot; reportedly met Radoičić in Raška.

Emini stressed that these candidates do not represent the development of Kllokot nor the interests of its citizens. Instead, he claims, they serve Radoičić and Vučić, using political platforms for power, corruption, and intimidation.

He urged voters:
“On October 12, say NO to the Serbian List and SNS! Vote to free Kllokot from the influence of Belgrade and Radoičić, and vote to build a secure future for our children.”

Emini also promised that in the coming days, he will provide evidence of:

  • Albanians allegedly working under Radoičić and BIA to secure votes for the Serbian candidates.
  • Meetings between the candidates and Serbian and Russian military generals.
  • Albanian individuals collaborating with BIA agents.

“Serbian propaganda will fail,” Emini concluded.
