Erblina Tahiraj emerged as the most voted candidate from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) in the race for the Prishtina Municipal Assembly.
Tahiraj received 251 votes, expressing her gratitude and sense of duty to represent the citizens with integrity.
“This mandate obliges me to be a force for fair decisions and a worthy representative of the public interest. Every vote is a trust that I will honor with hard work, transparency, and full dedication,” she stated after the vote count by the Central Election Commission.
In her full statement, Tahiraj added:
“When the citizens of Prishtina chose me as the most voted among many girls and women of AAK, they didn’t just give me a number of votes — they entrusted me with their voice, hope, and expectations.
To represent the citizens in the Capital’s Assembly is the honor of my life and a responsibility I will carry with heart, conscience, and commitment.
This mandate compels me to be a force for just decisions and a dignified representative of the public interest. Every vote is a trust I will honor through work, transparency, and full dedication.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support and kindness. This victory belongs to you.”
