Nikola Sandulovic, the leader of the Republican Party of Serbia, commented on the statement of the American envoy for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, who said that Milan Radoicic should be arrested and that there is an international arrest warrant for him.
Escobar, responding to whether the US will pressure Serbia for the extradition of Radoicic to Kosovo so that he can face justice there, said that the investigations are ongoing and Radoicic should be arrested.
“In Serbia, we have said that he should be arrested and charged with crimes for which he can be charged in Serbia. I know that there is also an INTERPOL arrest warrant for him,” Escobar said in an interview for REL.
Regarding the fact that Radoicic, besides being free, seems to have close ties with Serbian officials, such as with the Serbian ambassador to the US, Marko Djuric, referring to a photo circulating on social networks, Escobar said his comment remains the same.
“Radoicic is the person who organized the attack on September 24. He is a fugitive, internationally wanted, under US sanctions, and there is no place for him in the political sphere,” he said.
This statement by Escobar was commented on by Serbian politician Nikola Sandulovic, through a post on the social network X, saying that Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić will not hand Radoicic over to INTERPOL.
“Who will be the first to arrest or betray whom? Aleksandar Vučić will be the first to betray Milan Radoicic, or Milan Radoicic will betray Aleksandar Vučić?
Who will end up in prison because of whom or who knows where?!
Do you know the answers to these questions, Mr. Gabriel Escobar?
I’m asking because I see that you don’t answer many questions in this interview.
If you “don’t know” the right answer to some questions even after 20 years in the Balkans, do not hesitate to contact me and I will help you find the answers. Perhaps you don’t even know that I have been kidnapped, tortured, and beaten in the offices of the Serbian BIA in the presence of Milan Radoicic, whom Aleksandar Vučić will not hand over to INTERPOL? I will give you a link, Mr. Escobar, that answers many questions, of course if your friend Aleksandar Vučić allows you to meet me…” Sandulovic wrote.
