EULEX Head Antero Lopes today met with the new KFOR Commander, Major General Roberto Vergori.
EULEX highlighted the strong partnership between the two missions in announcing the meeting.
“Building on the strong partnership between EULEX and KFOR, EULEX Head Antero Lopes today welcomed the new KFOR Commander, Major General Roberto Vergori,” the statement said.
During the meeting, the two officials discussed ways to further strengthen existing cooperation and coordination.
“They discussed ways to further advance their existing cooperation and coordination within the three-tier security response mechanism, thereby contributing to stability in Kosovo and the security of all communities,” EULEX stated.
