Today marked the second G20 summit on Ukraine in just three days, convened in Paris by French President Emmanuel Macron.

The summit, which took place with key leaders like Romanian President Ilie Bologian and Luxembourg Prime Minister Luc Frieden physically present, also saw leaders such as Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Cypriot President Nikos Christodoulides participating via video conference.

The summit included the prime ministers of Canada, Norway, and Iceland, as well as heads of state and government from EU countries, including NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.

This summit comes after Monday’s meeting, which involved leaders from Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Denmark, with a focus on reinforcing support for Ukraine in the ongoing war and discussing Donald Trump’s approach towards Russia.
