Ukraine signed a new memorandum of understanding on defense cooperation with Finland on Thursday, covering data sharing, ammunition production, and joint defense projects.
Finnish Defense Minister Antti Häkkänen stated that the agreement builds upon the support provided to Ukraine over the past three years, emphasizing Finland’s shared perspective on the Russian threat based on historical experiences.
“This memorandum of understanding is a sign that we want to expand and deepen this cooperation for the benefit of both countries,” Häkkänen said.
