The Ambassador of Finland to Kosovo, Matti Nissinen, has shared an optimistic message about Kosovo’s future, emphasizing that the country has a clear perspective toward European and Euro-Atlantic organizations.
Concluding his three-year diplomatic mandate in Kosovo, Nissinen reflected on his personal and professional experiences in the country.
