On Wednesday, Finnish President Aleksander Stubb stated that Ukraine has every right to occupy the Kursk region, given that Russia regularly bombs Kyiv and has occupied large areas of that country.
“We see no reason to limit the activities of Ukrainians,” Stubb declared at a press conference.
He also mentioned that Ukraine can use weapons supplied by Finland on Russian territory.
“We have no restrictions regarding the types of weapons or how they can be used. The starting point for everything is that Ukraine has the full right to defend itself within the framework of international law,” added the Finnish president.
