Fire Extinguished at a Building in Prishtina, ‘Migjeni’ Road Remains Closed

The Kosovo Police have closed ‘Migjeni’ Road due to a fire that broke out at the roof of a building on this street.

Initially, the fire appeared small but later spread. Firefighters managed to bring it under control, and they are now monitoring the area. However, the road remains closed to vehicles.

KosovaPress, reporting from the scene, notes that firefighters with four vehicles and the police have established a safety perimeter. Flora Ahmeti, spokesperson for the Kosovo Police in the Prishtina region, informed KosovaPress that they received information about the fire at around 3:30 PM today on ‘Migjeni’ Road in Prishtina.

Ahmeti added that both firefighters and police are handling the situation at the scene. The building in question is located in the “Qafa” neighborhood, specifically in the Kino ABC building.
