The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, awarded the Presidential Medal of Merit to British MP Alicia Kearns, in recognition of her steadfast support for the sovereignty of the Republic of Kosovo and her unwavering commitment to peace and security in Kosovo and the region.
During the ceremony, President Osmani expressed deep appreciation for MP Kearns’ continued efforts to raise awareness of the risks and challenges facing Kosovo and the entire Western Balkans.
On this occasion, President Osmani described MP Kearns as a great friend of Kosovo, emphasizing that the people of Kosovo are sincerely grateful for her ongoing support and her contribution to strengthening the partnership between Kosovo and the United Kingdom.
