Hasan Dakaj, a former member of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), has arrived in Kosovo after being arrested in Serbia.
Dakaj was detained in January of the previous year, along with his brother, at the Merdare border crossing while they were on their way to Italy.
He was welcomed by many of his family members in Merdare, and the road was decorated with KLA flags.
