Dragan Shormaz, a former member of the Serbian Parliament (2001 – 2022), stated that Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will not arrest Milan Radoicic, whom he labeled a terrorist for the attack in Banjskë, because Vucic himself ordered the preparation for the separation of northern Kosovo.

“I know who has spoken with Vucic and who orchestrated this, but there are some things I do not want to share with the public, as they should not be made public. I know exactly what Vučić did concerning Banjskë and what followed,” said the former Vucic’s deputy.

He further emphasized that Vučić aimed to organize the separation of four northern municipalities from Kosovo.

“That was the goal. Otherwise, what were 24 armed vehicles with full ammunition doing in Banjskë, which has five houses, a monastery, and a bathhouse with 60 workers? This was the contact point from which they were supposed to launch and block all roads in the north,” added Dragan Shormaz, who is now the head of the Euro-Atlantic Council of Serbia.

Shormaz then questioned, “Why doesn’t Vucic arrest Radoicic if Radoicic did not comply with Vucic’s orders?”

“If Radoicic was acting entirely on his own, why doesn’t Vucic arrest him? Why is he afraid of this? Let him be judged in Serbia!” he concluded.

“Why is it a problem for Radoicic to appear before the court? He himself has admitted to what happened! The four victims of this conflict are three Serbs and one Albanian police officer,” emphasized Dragan Shormaz in an interview yesterday on Serbian television KTV.
