Four Arrested in Peja Prosecution Action: Three for Coercion, One for Unlicensed Gun Possession

A large-scale operation was carried out today by the Basic Prosecution in Peja, in cooperation with the Regional Investigations Directorate in Peja and the Organized Crime Unit in Pristina.

Arrests Made Following Investigation

As a result of this action, four individuals have been arrested. Three of them are suspected of the criminal offense of “coercion,” while the fourth was arrested for “unlicensed gun possession.”

“Yes, today a joint operation was conducted by the Basic Prosecution in Peja, along with the Regional Investigations Directorate in Peja and Organized Crime in Pristina, where four people were arrested: three of them for the criminal offense of coercion, and one for gun possession. All four were arrested by the Kosovo Police and detained by the state prosecutor,” Shkodran Nikçi, spokesperson for the Prosecution, confirmed to Sinjali.
