A delegation from the French National Assembly visited Kosovo from April 7 to 10 for an informational mission focused on the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
The delegation, composed of MPs Marine Hamelet, Frédéric Petit, Pierre Pribetich, and Jean-Louis Roumegas, held meetings with senior leaders of Kosovo, including President Vjosa Osmani, Acting Speaker of Parliament Glauk Konjufca, Acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti, and the leaders of LDK and PDK, Lumir Abdixhiku and Memli Krasniqi.
In addition to political leadership, the French delegation engaged in discussions with representatives of Kosovar civil society and media outlets, including both Albanian and Serbian community groups.
They also met with Bishop Teodosije of the Raška-Prizren Diocese of the Serbian Orthodox Church to discuss important aspects of the current situation in Kosovo.
The visit also included meetings with KFOR Commander General Enrico Barduani and the Head of the EULEX Mission, Giovanni Barbano, to address the security situation and the role of international institutions in Kosovo.
