The Commander of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF), Lieutenant General Bashkim Jashari, received the officers of the KSF who successfully completed the prestigious U.S. Army Ranger Course.

In his remarks, Jashari emphasized the exceptional significance of this training, describing it as one of the most demanding military and tactical courses in the world. He noted that such achievements significantly enhance the operational readiness and professional development of KSF officers.

“Since 2023, our members have achieved notable milestones: first, Captain Ylli Dalladaku became the first KSF officer to complete this course. In 2024, Lieutenant Egzon Elshani also successfully completed the same training,” Jashari highlighted.

He particularly praised this year’s milestone: “Lieutenant Vesa Ibrahimi has become the first female KSF officer to complete the Ranger Course, and one of the few international women to pass one of the most challenging courses of the U.S. Army.”

Commander Jashari described these accomplishments as a clear testament to the commitment and professionalism of the KSF personnel in international military training programs.

He also underscored the importance of sharing the knowledge and skills acquired through such training with other KSF members to further strengthen the overall capacity of the force.
