The Kosovo Security Force (FSK) is continuing its joint exercises with allied forces even after the conclusion of the major U.S. European Command-led military exercise, Defender Europe 25, on June 9.
Specifically, on June 9 and 10, the FSK will, for the first time, join the NATO mission in Kosovo, KFOR, in its “Golden Sabre” exercise. This exercise focuses on crisis management and various other activities under different scenarios, Info Magazine reports via Klan Kosova.
The “Golden Sabre” exercise is being conducted at the Vrella camp. Unlike the FSK’s inaugural participation, the Kosovo Police and EULEX are also traditionally part of this exercise, contributing to the total of 600 troops involved in the drills.
