Members of the Kosovo Security Force participated in the Dynamic Front exercise in Germany, alongside U.S. forces and troops from NATO, aiming to improve coordination and battlefield capabilities.
According to the announcement, “Dynamic Front” is a training mission focused on command planning and synchronized fire, as well as maneuvering through complex operational environments, artillery capabilities, and live-fire exercises. The drills were held at the Grafenwoehr Training Area, one of the largest military training facilities in Europe.
The main objective of the exercise is to ensure NATO forces are equipped with the capacity to provide lethal fire support during large-scale ground battles across Europe. During the training, members of the Kosovo Security Force were seen loading a mortar round as part of the live-fire exercise conducted on February 7, 2026.
The joint exercise highlights growing cooperation between Kosovo’s security institutions, NATO allies, and U.S. forces, as they work to strengthen readiness and operational coordination in multinational missions.
