The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation has announced that the maximum allowed price for diesel today is €1.89 per liter.

Global markets reported a noticeable drop in oil prices following the two-week ceasefire announced between the United States and Iran.

The Ministry’s announcement:

Based on the decision of MINTI dated April 5, 2026, on maximum allowed prices for petroleum derivatives for April 8, 2026:

  • Diesel: €1.89/liter
  • Petrol: €1.46/liter
  • Gas: €0.77/liter
