Just two days after an explosion incident at “Gate Club,” the nightclub was again the subject of a bomb threat in the early hours of Wednesday. This latest alarm, however, turned out to be false.

False Alarm and Club’s Statement

The club itself announced the incident through a post, confirming that the police intervened but the bomb threat was a hoax.

“This was nothing but malicious propaganda, a low attempt to tarnish us and stop us,” the nightclub’s post stated.

Previous Explosion Incident

In the early morning hours of Monday, an explosion was reported at “Gate Club” on “Epiri” Street in Pristina. According to Kosovo Police spokesperson for the Pristina region, Agron Borovci, there were no injuries.

“Around 02:45, an explosion was reported on ‘Epiri’ Street in Pristina. Police immediately arrived at the scene and took all necessary actions regarding the situation. From initial information, no injuries were reported. Police, in coordination with the state prosecutor, have initiated an investigation into the criminal offense of ‘Causing General Danger’ and are continuing their work to fully clarify the circumstances characterizing the event,” Borovci had stated on Monday to Reporteri.net.
