Rainer Rudolph, the German Ambassador to Kosovo, shared his first exclusive interview on Kanal 10’s “Politiko”, discussing his initial impressions in Kosovo and the strong bilateral relations between the two countries.
Rudolph revealed that he arrived in Kosovo in October and described his first weeks as highly positive. He highlighted attending Kosovo’s Independence Day anniversary, calling it a special experience.
“On a personal level, this is the best country in the world for a German diplomat to work in, because every day I feel the deep bond between our two countries. I experience this in my daily meetings in Prishtina, but also across the country. These connections go beyond politics – they are deep ties between our peoples that have existed for a long time, and I feel them every day,” the ambassador stated.
Rudolph emphasized that the strong relationship between Germany and Kosovo is both political and cultural, reflecting long-standing connections between their peoples.
