Today marks two years since the terrorist attack in Banjskë, Zvečan, in which Kosovo Police officer Afrim Bunjaku was killed, while Milan Radoičić, who claimed responsibility for the attack, remains at large.
On the second anniversary of this attack, the German Embassy in Pristina also reacted:
“Two years after the horrific attack in Banjskë, the self-proclaimed leader of the attack, Radoičić, continues to live freely in Serbia.
Two years since the killing of Kosovo Police officer Afrim Bunjaku, and despite various assurances that those responsible would be held accountable, justice has still not been served.
This apparent impunity is unacceptable. It is essential that accountability and justice be implemented without any further delay,” the Embassy’s post reads.
