Germany has confirmed it will deliver advanced long-range weapon systems to Ukraine, enabling Kyiv to target strategic Russian assets well beyond the front line.
Lieutenant General Christian Freuding, head of the German Defense Ministry’s Ukraine support group, stated that the first deliveries of these systems are expected by the end of this month.
“This is a significant step in boosting Ukraine’s military capabilities. These systems will greatly enhance Ukraine’s air defense and its ability to conduct precise strikes deep inside Russian-controlled territories,” Freuding told German media.
The new systems reportedly include advanced technologies designed to hit ammunition depots, logistics hubs, and Russian command centers located far behind the front lines.
