The German Embassy in Kosovo has announced the celebration of Germany’s Unity Day, an event that honors the power of unity, courage, and shared purpose.
This year’s ceremony not only marked the 35th anniversary of German Unity but also served as the official presentation of the new German Ambassador to Kosovo, Rainer Rudolph.
As the guest of honor, President Vjosa Osmani emphasized the special bond between Germany and Kosovo, describing it as a partnership that continues to shape the lives of citizens in both countries. She expressed confidence that Ambassador Rudolph will further strengthen bilateral relations during his mandate.
The event was attended by President Osmani, Acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti, institutional representatives, and international partners and friends.
In its statement, the German Embassy expressed gratitude to all participants who contributed to making the celebration “so memorable and meaningful.”
