According to reports by BBC, African and Russian media outlets have identified the suspect as a blogger in his thirties, allegedly known online as a “pick-up artist.” The individual is believed to have traveled to Ghana specifically to covertly film interactions with women, raising serious concerns about privacy violations and exploitation.
