Ardin Gjini from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) and Ardian Gola from Vetëvendosje (VV) will face each other again on November 9.
This comes after the Central Election Commission (KQZ) confirmed that Gjakova will go to a runoff.
- Ardin Gjini secured 18,893 votes (47.74%)
- Ardian Gola received 12,989 votes (32.82%)
In third place is Shefqet Shehu from the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) with 7.61%, while fourth is Ervin Shabani from the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) with 5.75%.
