The President of the Kosovo Oilmen’s Association, Fadil Berjani, announced that fuel prices in Kosovo continue to be directly influenced by fluctuations in international oil markets.
According to him, the Brent crude benchmark index has increased by more than 5%, trading at around $65.85 per barrel. This rise follows new U.S. sanctions against several major Russian oil companies, which have heightened concerns about tighter global supply.
At the same time, U.S. oil reserves have unexpectedly declined, further fueling uncertainty in energy markets.
“Every geopolitical development is immediately reflected in oil prices, and therefore Kosovo cannot remain isolated from these movements,” Berjani emphasized.
Current fuel prices in Kosovo, according to Berjani, are as follows:
- Diesel: €1.15 – €1.24 per liter
- Gasoline: €1.16 – €1.25 per liter
