The process of counting mail-in ballots from outside Kosovo continues at the Central Counting and Results Center (QNR).
As of Sunday, March 2, at 16:00, 89 out of a total of 187 voting boxes (47.34%) have been counted, belonging to voters from various municipalities.
According to the results so far, the Self-Determination Movement (LVV) leads with 51.34% of the votes counted so far, followed by the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) with 29.74%, the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) with 8.12%, and AAK – Social Democratic Initiative, Conservatives, Intellectuals with 4.15%.
In the 11 municipalities with a majority Albanian population, as well as in the municipalities with a majority minority population, the counting has already been completed, while votes are currently being counted for the municipalities of Prishtina, Prizren, Podujevë, Pejë, Rahovec, Gjilan, Lipjan, and Istog.

- LDK came first in 2 municipalities,
- PDK came first in 1 municipality.
