PDK leader Bedri Hamza concluded a two-day visit to Washington D.C., where he held meetings with senior officials from the White House, the National Security Council, and the U.S. State Department.

“Yesterday I completed my short, two-day visit to Washington D.C. The agenda was intensive, and I considered it vital to present my vision for the development of our Republic and the rebuilding of the deep partnership between Kosovo and the U.S. administration,” Hamza said.

During his visit, he also attended a substantive meeting with James Carafano, newly appointed Senior Advisor to the President and E.W. Richardson Fellow at the Heritage Foundation, along with Anthony Kim, editor of the Economic Freedom Index and Global Engagement Manager at the Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom, and Max Primorack, senior security expert at the foundation.

Hamza emphasized that the visit reinforced the boundless opportunities for Kosovo-U.S. cooperation.

“I returned extremely positive about the limitless possibilities for cooperation between Kosovo and the United States, after a difficult period marked by a lack of communication and the suspension of strategic dialogue,” he said.

Looking forward, Hamza stressed that Kosovo will return to Washington stronger than ever, with concrete projects, tangible investments, and active U.S. involvement in Kosovo’s growth in diplomacy, economy, energy, military, and intelligence sectors.
