Bedri Hamza, the Prime Minister candidate of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, met today with two senior Norwegian diplomats: Eirik Nestås Mathisen, the Special Representative for the Western Balkans, and Ambassador Haakon Blankenborg.
Hamza stated that they discussed the joint work that lies ahead in the coming years.
“My goal is the development of the economy, healthcare, education, and sectors that improve the well-being of our citizens. We all want a Kosovo that is peaceful and prosperous, on a secure path to integration into the EU and NATO. This is the interest of the citizens and the state of Kosovo. This is also the interest of our partners. For this, we have had and will continue to have the support of Norway,” Hamza said.
He also thanked his Norwegian friends for their visit and agreement to deepen further cooperation.
