Ramush Haradinaj, leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), has stated that Albin Kurti himself is responsible for blocking the constitution of the Assembly.
“You can’t sit in two chairs at the same time. We cannot violate the Constitution and act otherwise, which is why we didn’t vote on the report.”

The constitution of the Assembly today was blocked by Albin Kurti himself.
The law and the Constitution of this country do not allow holding the position of Prime Minister or Minister while also being sworn in as a Member of Parliament.
You can’t sit in two chairs at once.
We cannot violate the Constitution and act differently, which is why we didn’t vote on the report.
If Albin Kurti and his ministers want the Assembly to be constituted, they should either resign from their ministerial posts or give up their parliamentary mandates – and stop blaming others for their own mistakes.
