The leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Ramush Haradinaj, avoided commenting on recent statements made by the Nisma party leader regarding a possible coalition with Vetëvendosje, stating that such matters are a thing of the past.

In a media statement, Haradinaj said he had no comment on the issue, adding that what happened before is no longer relevant.

He reminded that AAK has proposed two solutions to overcome the current political deadlock and has called for an agreement that would allow the Assembly to function.

“I have no comment, I don’t even remember anything… Do you have any other questions? This is not something relevant. Everything related to them is in the past. We are in front of the Parliament. We are in a deadlock with the session. As you know, we, as an alliance, have offered two solutions to avoid remaining blocked as we’ve been for some time. First, we gave the option to vote for a Vetëvendosje candidate, but one that unites us with a vote — we proposed names. Second, we turned to the Constitutional Court to help us get out of this situation…” said Haradinaj.
