Former Vice President of the KLA War Veterans’ Organization (OVL-UÇK), Nasim Haradinaj, strongly criticized the Kosovo Specialist Chambers during today’s broadcast of “Ora 7” on Klan Kosova.
Haradinaj said that regardless of whatever decision the court may deliver, it has already lost its credibility and will remain a stain in the history of justice.
According to him, the proceedings so far have been accompanied by numerous violations and injustices against the accused.
“Whatever decision this Court takes, it will be the shame of justice of this century. Even if they acquit them, it is still not right, because throughout all these proceedings, if there were justice, an acquittal would be inevitable. But even if an acquittal is issued, this Court will still be the shame of this century, because it has committed every possible violation,” he said.
He emphasized that an acquittal should be unavoidable if justice truly existed, but added that even such a decision would not be able to repair the damage caused by the processes so far.
