Haradinaj Meets Australian Ambassador Rodgers, Discusses Institutional Blockade in Kosovo

Ramush Haradinaj, leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), met with Australia’s non-resident ambassador to Kosovo, Richard Rodgers.

According to Haradinaj, the discussion focused on Kosovo’s current political processes and the broader security situation in the country and the region.

Haradinaj also informed Ambassador Rodgers about the constructive role of the AAK in addressing the ongoing institutional blockade.

“Australia was among the first countries to recognize the Republic of Kosovo and has been a strong supporter in all integration processes aimed at strengthening Kosovo’s international standing,” Haradinaj stated.

He emphasized the need for continued Australian support in Kosovo’s future political processes.

“With Australia’s non-resident ambassador to Kosovo, Mr. Richard Rodgers, we discussed the processes our country is undergoing and the security situation in the country and the region. I informed Ambassador Rodgers about the constructive role of the Alliance in resolving the institutional blockade. I appreciated Australia’s continued support for Kosovo and requested that this support continue in future processes,” Haradinaj wrote on Facebook.
