The leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Ramush Haradinaj, has publicly expressed support for the U.S. airstrikes targeting the nuclear infrastructure of the Iranian regime.
In a Facebook post, Haradinaj drew a direct parallel between the current U.S. actions and NATO’s intervention in Kosovo in 1999, emphasizing the historic role of American leadership in protecting vulnerable populations:
“The U.S. and allied airstrikes on Serbian targets stopped the Milosevic regime and saved our people,” he wrote.
He continued by affirming his backing of Washington’s most recent military actions:
“We strongly support the airstrikes on the nuclear capabilities of the Iranian regime and the commitment of President Trump and the United States to peace and global security.”
Haradinaj’s statement comes amid rising international tensions following the U.S. strikes on three major nuclear sites in Iran — actions that have drawn mixed reactions globally.
