British Ambassador Jonathan Hargreaves met with the newly elected chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Bedri Hamza, offering his congratulations and best wishes as Hamza steps into what he called a “very important role” in advancing Kosovo’s democratic development.
According to Hargreaves, the meeting also focused on the functionality of Kosovo’s institutions and the importance of political actors engaging constructively and constitutionally, especially in the current context of upcoming extraordinary elections.
In his public statement, the ambassador emphasized that effective institutions and responsible political dialogue remain essential pillars for Kosovo’s democratic progress.
