Minister of Justice Albulena Haxhiu has announced that the properties of former Vice President of the Serb List, Milan Radoičić, will be transferred to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
She stated that they are in the process of confiscating Radoičić’s properties and will hand them over for use by the Kosovo Police.
“As you know, there is already a decision to seize that property. We are discussing the possibilities of how to allocate it for the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and I believe we will soon have the legal framework for this.”
“Because you know that when we have seized properties, it is not easy for the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Justice cannot allocate them for use. We allocate confiscated apartments or other movable properties, but we are striving to resolve this issue and allocate them for the needs of the Kosovo Police or the Ministry of Internal Affairs,” Haxhiu told EO.
